What we do for federal customers
We bring three things federal modernization buyers actually need:
- A senior architect doing the work. No B team rollouts, no resource swaps after kickoff. The principal who scopes the engagement is the principal who delivers it.
- Active modernization experience, not slides. We are currently shipping production migrations of legacy .NET applications to .NET 10 on Azure for paying commercial clients. Before that: state government healthcare modernization (Pennsylvania CHIP, $10M+ via Deloitte) and Fortune 500 enterprise application work (Snap-on Tools, RR Donnelley, Armstrong Flooring).
- A small business profile that's easy to add to a subcontracting plan. Veteran owned, small under SBA size standards for our primary NAICS, and we keep our SAM.gov reps and certs current.
Core capabilities
Legacy modernization
.NET 4.x to .NET 8 / .NET 10. On-prem to Azure. Production migrations, not pilots.
Cloud engineering on Azure
App Services, Application Gateways, WAFs, VMs, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Container Registry. Stand up and operations.
Full stack web application development
Angular (6 through 20), React, Svelte / SvelteKit, TypeScript front ends; .NET Core, Node.js, and Python back ends.
Systems integration
REST APIs, microservices, and event driven patterns. Experience with industry systems including Mortgage Cadence, Ellie Mae Encompass, Velocify, and Roostify.
DevOps / DevSecOps on Azure
Azure DevOps as primary platform (Pipelines, Container Registry, Boards, Repos). Docker containerization and infrastructure as code on Azure. Also fluent in Octopus Deploy and Atlassian CI/CD.
Database engineering
MS SQL design, performance tuning, stored procedures, workflow modeling. NoSQL via Cosmos DB.
Selected past performance
State of Pennsylvania (sub via Deloitte), Senior Engineer / Junior Architect. Senior engineering contributor on the Pennsylvania CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program) modernization. $10M+ engagement. Period of performance and references available on request.
Snap-on Tools (commercial, Fortune 500), Sr. Full Stack Developer. Custom .NET / Angular applications. Period of performance and references available on request.
Multiple commercial modernization engagements, including Triskelle Software Solutions, TSP Consulting, Parsage Software, and Pantheon Solutions.
